I am a Senior Director on Verisk’s Core Line Underwriting Solutions team, where I lead Data Management Solutions, Statistical Data Management, and the Data Validation and Verification team. In this role, I manage client engagements, optimize client experiences, spearhead product development, and drive new business initiatives. As a passionate data modeler, I led the development of an insurance data warehouse product that integrates commercial and personal lines insurance data for statutory and regulatory reporting and analytics, ensuring precise governance of premium collection, claims processing, and data acquisition. My expertise encompasses database modeling, data warehouse strategy, and data operations practices. Prior to joining Verisk, I provided data strategy and management solutions at New York Life Insurance, Morgan Stanley, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition to overseeing product development and client engagements, I actively contribute to Verisk’s Innovation team by brainstorming and leading the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and exploring potential new product proofs of concept. I also lead multiple Employee Resource Groups, demonstrating my commitment to Verisk’s Diversity and Inclusion goals.
