As a Manufacturing Engineer, I specialize in process optimization, quality control, CAD design, and NVH analysis within the automotive and manufacturing industries. My expertise spans lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to drive operational excellence and enhance product quality.At Voltaira, I have led initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, optimize production line layouts, and implement advanced tool tracking systems, resulting in increased throughput and reduced downtime. My experience includes developing PPAP and APQP documentation, designing tooling fixtures using Siemens NX and additive manufacturing, and optimizing plant layouts using value stream mapping (VSM) techniques.In addition to manufacturing process improvements, I have a strong background in NVH analysis and CAD design. During my master\'s, I conducted linear static finite element analysis (FEA) and size optimization for a race car frame, focusing on structural performance under bending, shear, and torsion loads. I also developed a PID controller for cruise control systems using MATLAB/Simulink, optimizing response times and stability. My expertise in ANSYS, HyperMesh, and Siemens Testlab further enhances my ability to analyze and optimize complex engineering systems.With Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications, I bring a structured approach to problem-solving, quality control, and process efficiency.
