Started my career in core operations where I excelled not only as an individual contributor but as an excellent team player contributing to the success of the entire team. This strength to motivate and carry the team through repeated successes was noticed and I was inducted into the HR team to play a larger role in Employee Engagement to ensure that the employees remained motivated through achieving the business and personal targets. The role was later expanded to include Delivery Managment in which my intimate knowledge of core operations and business requirements helped me fulfill requirements in a timely manner with candidates who have proved their worth and staying power. I have helped all my recruits through the process of getting adjusted in their new environment with appropriate setting of expectations and friendly counseling.I connect and interact comfortably with all levels in the organization to resolve personnel performance and behavioral issues and be of help to operations in ensuring well-adjusted motivated teams with a high morale.
