Currently, I lead Digital Showroom at DotPe, managing a 120-person team and scaling our platform to serve small business owners nationwide. Working directly with the founders, I define and drive our strategic vision, identify opportunities for growth, scale operations, optimise P&L, build high-performing teams, and manage stakeholder relations - all while maintaining my approach of combining data-driven strategy with hands-on execution.
