ABOUT ANUPAMA SHUKLA
I am a mental health professional working as a Project Officer and Research Associate at the Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy (ILS, Pune). I have hands-on experience in field implementation, capacity building, and research-based mental health interventions. My work involves supporting project execution, developing and following research protocols, data collection and analysis, documentation, and academic writing.Previously, I worked as an Adolescent Mental Health Trainer with Sangath India, where I delivered school-based mental health sessions, conducted suicide gatekeeper trainings, and facilitated workshops for teachers and community stakeholders. I have also worked as a Child Psychologist in a special school setting, supporting children with neurological and developmental conditions.My professional interests lie in adolescent and women’s mental health, suicide prevention, and community-based mental health programs. I am passionate about translating research into meaningful field action and contributing to evidence-based mental health initiatives.
