With over eight years of overall experience in technical program, product, content, project management, and customer service, I am currently working as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon. I am a part of Recipient Experience (REX) where I work on features that improve the post-purchase experience for customers. Primarily, these pages are Your orders and Order details which are heavily used by customers to track and manage their orders on Amazon.Prior to this, I worked as a Sr. TPM with Amazon Business in the same domain of post purchase experience improvement specifically tailored to delight Amazon Business customers who typically have a different set of requirements and challenges compared to retail customers.As a Program Manager at Amazon India, I led strategic CRM projects and customer experience improvement initiatives for Amazon Pay products across APAC. I successfully launched large-scale customer service transformation projects that resulted in higher customer retention and loyalty. I have a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BITS Pilani.
