I\'ve been called a lot of things across my career. Problem solver, fixer, the person you call when things aren\'t working. My country lead once said I use creativity and tech skills to find solutions that most people simply don\'t have. That\'s probably the most accurate description of how I work.I started young. At 22, my co-founder and I launched a serviced apartment startup in Bangalore and scaled it to 400+ units across the city, got nominated for the Indian Young Achiever\'s Award, and learned more in three years than most people do in ten. Before that, we were sketching out ideas like \"Pay One Bill\" — one payment covering rent, electricity, WiFi, maid, and cook. Because we kept seeing problems no one was solving. That instinct never left me.Over 9+ years I\'ve worked across industries that couldn\'t be more different! Political consulting, global entertainment, edtech, hospitality and the throughline has always been the same: I show up when something needs to be built, fixed, or scaled, and I make sure it gets done.At Fever, I launched a new city, onboarded 11 venues in 6 months, and maintained a 4.7/5 customer satisfaction rating across three regions. At I-PAC, I built a standardised audit process saving ₹2 Lakhs per region monthly across 8 regions. At Cambri, I designed an entire customer journey from scratch for an AI-driven platform. Different industries. Same approach! Break it down, communicate clearly, solve it.I work best when the problem is real, the team is honest, and the work actually matters. I\'m not great with rigid structures that exist for their own sake, but I thrive in environments where thinking, testing, and figuring things out are part of the job.I always wanted to be part of something bigger than myself, and I have lived by that.
