I\'m a Financial Analyst at Gupshup, a Tiger Global-funded unicorn startup. At Gupshup, I\'ve been focused on executing processes across fundraising, acquisitions and business finance. I worked with the executive team to close a $340 mil fundraising round in 2021. Post that, my team has closed five acquisitions worth more than $ 100 million during Sep 2021 to Aug 2022. I am learning, evolving, and leading every day. Before Gupshup, I had about eight years of work experience in the financial services sector, including two years at JPMorgan as a sell-side equity research analyst, two years at New Silk Route, a $1 billion Private Equity Fund by size (AUM) and 2.5 years at Florintree Advisors, a boutique buy-side investment management firm. My investing experience spans listed and unlisted companies in Consumer and Technology sectors. I\'m skilled in Business Due Diligence, Investment Valuation, Financial Modeling, Investment Research, Mergers & Acquisitions, and post-investment value-add.
