With over 14 years at Zscaler, I have helped evolve our zscaler cloud from its early stages to a global powerhouse processing 500B+ transactions daily. My journey at Zscaler began in the Quality & Reliability team, where I faced a fundamental challenge: how do we ship features at lightning speed without breaking the cloud? As an Architect, I built the foundation for our test, automation and production rollout strategies, ensuring that \"fast\" never came at the cost of \"stable.\"The Evolution of ScaleFrom Quality to SRE: I transitioned from building test foundations to building the SRE team. I spearheaded the strategy for \"rock-solid\" cloud upgrades, turning high-stakes deployments into a smooth, repeatable process. We embraced our failures—every bug and human error became the \"tuition\" we paid to build a smarter, more resilient system.Leading by Influence: Serving as the Release Czar was a pivotal chapter in my leadership journey. Leading cross-functional teams across various verticals taught me how to drive alignment through influence rather than just authority, molding a culture that prioritizes core release principles.Executive Ownership: Today, I lead VSE (Virtual Service Edge), ZDX control plane and Zscaler Super Cloud Manager, overseeing Core Engineering. I remain deeply technical while focusing on the strategic growth of the Zscaler.
