At TVS, I lead the integration of biodiversity, climate risk, and ESG data automation across operations and value chain partners. I established a cross-functional Biodiversity Governance Committee across India and Indonesia, aligning our strategy with TNFD, 1t.org, Green Credit, and OECM pathways.I conducted a ₹45 billion NPV analysis of afforestation and ecosystem restoration efforts, strengthening the business case for nature-based investments. I also led the company’s first TNFD-aligned nature risk assessment, improving our nature disclosure completeness from 58% to 91%.As Product Manager for Navigos, I enabled automation of 60%+ ESG indicators, improving reporting accuracy and compliance with BRSR, CDP, and CSRD. I also lead Scope 1, 2, 3 GHG accounting, internal assurance, and ESG rating improvement efforts.
