Job Responsibilities I worked for USA and Canada I performed, managed and led complete recruiting cycle for clients engaged in technology/consulting services Manage existing large accounts and generate new accounts for IT staffing opportunities. Sourcing qualified candidates through extensive web based search from various sources like Dice, Monster, Tech-fetch, LinkedIn, Career Builder and Vendors, internal resume database and referrals by understanding the requirements with technology and client research. Technically screening the consultants, initial phone discussion of requirements with them to check their comfort ability, checking references and submitting the appropriate resource to the Account Manager/Vendors. Submitting the most suitable resumes to concerned person and acting as a facilitator and single point of contact between the consultant and vendor/client interactions. • Having Extensive Experience in handling H1B, Green Card and US Citizens. • Worked on USA (1099, W2, Corp to Corp). • Recruited for all levels of candidates, from Developers to Project Managers.Working Domain: Information Technology, Engineering, Automotive
