Project:Construction of twin 2 lane ROB and its approaches gate no. KA-34 ( RLY Km 160/25-160/27) Between Midnapore and Bankura Station in Kubai at Km. 154.67 of NH-60 in the State of WB.Job No- NH-60 WB (5)/ 16-026- S&R (B) The Project Consist 4 laning having length 2.8 Km, Carriageway width 9.50 meter. Types of foundation Open & Pile foundation (364 No’s of Pile), 132 no’s of RCC girders (25/22.5/20.8 meter) & 62 no’s of composite girder.1no’s Minor bridge, 3 no’s culvert. Electrometric bearing & electrometric with dumper bearing is used, Testing of piles Horizontal Load test and Vertical Load Test at specimen and Working pile. Supervision as per drawing, all major and minor activities include Girder profiling, Grouting, Shuttering, reinforcement as per approve BBS and concreting as per specification. Maintain Progress Of work day to day, Monitor Weekly and Monthly Program Given by contractor. RFI checking, as per bill measurement checking, miscellaneous item as per CA and other works as directed by our TL.
