I am a dedicated Placement Manager with over nine years of experience in the Non profit Organisation, skill development and education sector, committed to advancing women’s empowerment and inclusive employment across India.My role focuses on connecting female students and persons with disabilities (PwDs) with meaningful job opportunities through strategic employer collaborations, training initiatives, and national-level job fairs conducted in partnership with the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and the NHFDC under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.A graduate in English Language and Literature from ISBM University, I bring strong skills in communication, placement management, and data presentation.
