I drive the engineering vision for our multi-agent ecosystem, enterprise semantic and knowledge layers, and AI-powered consoles that form the core of our next-generation decision intelligence platform.Key Responsibilities & Contributions • Lead and mentor a 22-member engineering organization focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise-scale AI engineering. • Own the end-to-end architecture, roadmap, and delivery of PepsiCo’s Decision Intelligence GenAI platform that powers company-wide AI for BI. • Architect the multi-agent framework using LangGraph, CrewAI and advanced orchestration patterns to handle complex structured domain data at FMCG scale. • Designed and delivered the Agent Mesh—a multi-agent distributed architecture that powers hubs, consoles, AI insights, actionable AI, and conversational analytics for cross-domain BI. • Built the enterprise knowledge layer using Neo4j, forming PepsiCo’s unified knowledge graph that drives reasoning, grounding, memory, and context across thousands of KPIs, metrics, and entities. • Implemented enterprise-grade semantic models and data-aware agent patterns to interact seamlessly with gold/silver layers residing in Databricks. • Drive cross-functional alignment with global business, data, and analytics leaders to define strategy, uncover value opportunities, and ensure business-aligned AI product delivery. • Guide engineering best practices across platform engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, multi-agent architecture, observability, governance, and secure AI development. • Enable C-suite and senior executives across domains with AI-driven BI capabilities, improving time-to-insight and enabling high-velocity decision making.
