I am a seasoned Technical Architect with over 18+ years of experience in Research and Development, Project Management, Product Designing, Requirement Analysis, Validation, and Pilot Production. Currently, I am working as an Engineering Manager with Cyanconnode. My expertise lies in the Energy meter domain, including 3Phase, and 1Phase electrical meters, Transducers, and Digital Panel meters. I have also worked on multiple domains such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Industrial Automation, HVAC Automation, and Telecom Power system. As a technical architect, I have led projects through aggressive project governance processes and developed relationships with business stakeholders and leadership teams across geographies and departments. I am also experienced in recruiting, team building, team coaching, mentoring, managing a team of 10-12 direct reports, and supervising a function of 30+ members. My skills also include implementing cost-saving measures to achieve a substantial reduction in cycle time, operational costs, raw materials, and energy consumption. I have hands-on experience in real-time multithreaded application development and a good understanding of Tamper conditions of the meter and metering standards. I am adept at estimations, feasibility studies, embedded software porting, software integration, and designs.
