It’s been over 6 months since I joined Ingka Centres as Leasing Manager, and it feels like a good time to reflect. In this role, I am responsible for creating a leasing & rental strategy for Noida Meeting place and driving its execution. It’s around 9.5 lac sq ft covered area of shopping centre with Ikea at its core, part of a larger mixed-use development with hotels & offices.What excites me about this opportunity is being part of creating a truly unique destination. Coming from retail background, this role adds another layer to my experience - interacting with multiple brands, visiting stores and gaining deeper insights into their product strategies & overall business model. Having worked in North India before, it also allows me to further solidify my understanding of the region.Beyond strategy & leasing, this role is equally about process ownership, building stronger teams & fostering collaboration. Looking forward to an enriching journey.
