With over 17 years of experience in software engineering, I am a seasoned professional and a hands-on leader who is passionate about architecting and developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications across various tech stacks. As a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager at Appian, I lead a team responsible for developing Appian\'s back-end services and making them fault-tolerant, resilient and highly available using technologies such as Java, Kafka, Golang, Python, Kubernetes, Terraform, and EKS. I am also certified in Neural Networks and Deep Learning by Coursera, and I leverage my skills in AI and machine learning to enhance the capabilities and performance of our solutions.In my previous roles, I have led teams across geographies and delivered solutions for UIs and data processing pipelines, using frameworks and languages such as C#, Golang, NodeJS, ReactJS, ASP.NET MVC, Scala, Spark, Redis, SQL Server, and more. I have also successfully migrated and revamped projects to cloud-native technologies, enabling faster, cheaper, and more efficient deployments and operations.I am a hobbyist tinkerer, photographer, and a chess player who enjoys learning new things and solving complex problems.
