COO for Principal Finance Europe. Responsible for the COO duties covering Europe, together with portfolio and transactional management, there is the control function and managing for regulatory change. COO duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities across operational, compliance and regulatory risk. Principal Finance is a principal investing and lending business providing primary financing to clients and invests in credit assets in secondary markets. It is a leading market participant in bespoke primary lending and a niche acquirer of secondary loans on an opportunistic basis. With a specific remit for buy side activities / lending across 3 product teams Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate. Investments to date have ranged across the entire spectrum of asset types, from majority and minority equity investments in a wide variety of sectors. Additionally performing senior secured loans at the top of the capital structure to more \"special situation\" investments that have included distressed debt, structured products, private equity and tailored capital solutions to companies with unique financing needs. Ability to investigate numerous new opportunities and deploy significant additional amounts of capital in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
