Preparation of production, processing & packaging planning, shift & stock reports, inventory management, housekeeping, safety & security of warehouse. Monitoring and optimizing processes, troubleshooting problems in processing plants related to production, quality & quantity. Maintenance of processing & packaging equipment’s, generator & forklift and managing the contractors involved in maintaining equipment\'s and the facility. Supervise and train the staffs for proper machinery handling, use of fire safety equipment\'s, safety measures. Managing day to day operations, manpower & labors, suppliers, vendors & clients, energy resources & consumables.Procurement/Sourcing: Regular survey and field visits, farmers meetings to discuss the crop sowing and progress. Development of linkages with agri input manufacturers and govt departments to strengthen agri extension programme to provide knowledge to farmers with new improved farming technology and govt schemes. Manage & develop contacts with commission agents and suppliers like farmers, traders, merchants, mandies, adtyas and identify new source stations, co-ordinate sampling activities & container stuffing. Spot field crop verification and buying of organic cotton, soybean, red gram, green gram, bengal gram as per procurement guidelines and quality parameters of the company. Discuss & prepare procurement planning & strategy with marketing team, new vendor development, contract negotiation, driving cost saving techniques and implementing strategic sourcing activities. Manage payment terms & conditions, transportation & logistics, material delivery, purchasing documents, payment release, report preparation, cost analysis, trading, import-export.
