With over three years of experience in construction project management, I bring a strong foundation in civil engineering and a deep understanding of real estate development, construction, and finance built through my graduate studies at Columbia University.As a Consultant Construction Manager, I lead field and office operations on large-scale infrastructure and transit projects for NYCT MTA. From daily inspections and compliance checks to managing RFIs, submittals, and contractor coordination, I ensure projects meet the highest standards in quality, safety, and performance. I have served as Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) during weekend General Orders, directly managing outages and critical construction activities.My certifications include EIT, CMIT, PMG123, ACI Concrete Inspection, LEED Green Associate, ENV SP, and NYCT Track Safety. I’m currently pursuing the PE Civil and CCM credentials to further advance my capabilities as a licensed professional.Passionate about driving innovation in construction, I actively leverage Python, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to build custom tools for safety, data analysis, and productivity tracking. My responsibilities include schedule and change-order reviews, payment certification, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with MTA/NYCT standards. I also coordinate with transit divisions for approvals and implement complex electrical and communication bulletin work within active stations.
