Preparation of Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Valve Material Specification (VMS). Calculating Extra-long Bolt Length, Branch Reinforcement & Spacer-Blind/Line blank Calculations. Preparation / checking of Material Requisitions of Bulk and Speciality items, Valves, reviewing offers for the same, preparation of technical bid evaluation, reviewing and approving of vendor drawings for Piping Bulks, Valves and Speciality Items Interdisciplinary Co-ordination & Inter-disciplines checking in accordance with the Scope of Piping. Checking of Piping Isometrics. Preparing, Planning and Monitoring Man Hours Estimates for Piping Material related activities. Guide, support and monitor team for day-to-day activities and deliverables. Support the Construction team for material management or material substitution as required.
