To be updated.] Currently i head WW Verification and Compliance Engineering-Product @ Stripe. In my current portfolio, i manage global teams across Japan, Singapore & India to build core technology supporting WW compliance, Identity & Verification; Prior to Stripe, i did lead Amazon Shipping Foundational Technologies which is responsible for providing key platform offerings to simplify WW Amazon logistics end to end ecosystem. Key functions owned by my teams transportation demand ingestion, transportation data Authority, Shipment Control & Execution Orchestration across first mile, middle mile and last mile systems. Prior to this i bootstrapped business and technology grounds up for a completely new vertical for Amazon to do non-commodity sale, i.e. Amazon Home Services. The initiative is on a long term horizon for Amazon to make the next big impact to our customers and Amazon. Played key role to incept technology for value added services industry building world class and unheard experiences backed by cutting edge technology and unprecedented product line. I have lead for almost 4 years first of its kind Sortation Services Platform (powering Amazon buildings for complete end to end sortation) for Amazon Middle Mile technology, Optimizing using technology network movement of packages from first hop to last hop in the amazon network. Alumni leader @ Amazon to build the first and one of its kind sortation and node execution product line for Amazon which became path breaking in Amazon journey to grow and offer defect free, faster & cheaper package delivery of packages across the globe. My expertise focuses on strategic planning, building and extending large software systems and infrastructure, team management, technical architecture, design, product management, program management and project management for high availability, high volume transnational systems, web sites and online and mobile applications.As a Engineering leader, have built teams grounds up hiring and developing the brightest mind on the planet. Have efficiently created and grown teams of large size across multiple roles and functions, such as Engineering leaders, Architects, Engineers, Data Analysis, Product Managers, Technical Program Managers etc.A people leader by passion, i drive and own handful of Engineering and leadership practices for sr leaders in Amazon for Building right product, Agile, Strategy, Vision, Inclusion & Diversity & growing sr talent. A Bar Raiser by practice @ Amazon and have been a guest speaker to couple of premier institutions in India.
