ABOUT ANUMEHA SINHA

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) specializing in areas like professional development, performance enhancement, leadership development, change management, team building, conflict resolution and culture building. Apart from being ICF certified, she is certified on Theory U one of the most profound theories of facilitating change in social/human systems from the Presencing institute at MIT. Having coached for more than hours, working closely with the people leaders in the organization across geographies, I have the privilege of working with individuals and teams from diverse nationalities, cultures, and industries. My coaching philosophy centers around authenticity, trust, and empowering individuals to reach their highest potential. As a seasoned HR Professional, I bring in my expertise which is drawn from 18 years of cumulative experience in participating in the development of organizations\' plans and programs as a strategic partner, that has an impact on people and organization culture. My areas of expertise include coaching, human resource partnering, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, performance management, and talent management practices. Working with different global organizations I got the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and teams in India, US, and UK, primarily in the financial, technology, and consulting sectors. One of the highlights of my career has been working in global organizations with a diverse workforce. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding and appreciation for different cultures, enabling me to navigate cross-cultural complexities and promote inclusivity.
