Started in 2001 as Service Engineer in Bajaj Allianz GIC probably 1st in house loss assessor of Motor in Pvt segment. Throughout 23 years at Bajaj Allianz have experienced Motor claim, Motor underwriting,Motor Insurance marketing, heading branch, Zone & State. Presently Heading Sub - channel in Motor Dealer Vertical since 2020 in Pune Head Office. Prior to join Bajaj Allianz worked in Hyundai Motor India. Being Automobile Engineer always remain humble to learn about Auto industry and maintained close relationship with OEMs. After joining Insurance company fall in love with the Insurance business in totality. I found it\'s interesting to get into cashless tie up with dealer workshop for claim to make easy and hassle settlement. Now it\'s become basic requirement of customer. Felt proud to provide excellence services to our customers through innovative products, processes and interaction. Got chance to works in different part of country with people with different culture and requirement. Closely worked for business tie up with OEMs and understand their requirement towards toward excellency in customer services through wider range of products and smoother processes. It\'s great learning for me and yet to learn lot.and found marketing also equally interesting with a great team.
