I am currently an M.Phil. Clinical Psychology trainee, driven by a deep commitment to understanding human behavior and alleviating psychological distress. My journey into this field has been guided by a genuine desire to support individuals in need, particularly those struggling with mental health challenges.I am empathetic, patient, and observant, with a strong inclination toward listening and understanding people beyond their words.
