I am a Public Health professional and a Dentist with over three years of experience in clinical practice, community engagement, and health education. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Manchester, I bring a strong foundation in epidemiology, global health, health policy, and environmental health, strengthened by my distinction-level research on maternal health in India.My clinical background has equipped me with extensive experience in preventive and restorative dental care, patient communication, and health promotion. Working with diverse populations, I have delivered oral hygiene education sessions, assisted in surgical cases, and maintained high-quality clinical documentation to support safe and effective care.Beyond clinical practice, I am deeply committed to community-centred public health. As a Research & Community Engagement Associate at Postcards, I contribute to qualitative research, design public health communication strategies, and support outreach initiatives that enhance awareness and community participation. Previously, as a Health Educator, I developed and delivered school-based sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and oral health, creating engaging materials and collaborating with parents and teachers to improve student well-being.My dedication to social impact extends to my volunteer work with Oxfam Manchester, where I supported health equity campaigns, data collection efforts, and community engagement initiatives that reached hundreds of beneficiaries.Across all my roles, I am driven by a desire to improve health outcomes, strengthen preventive care, and reduce inequities in access to health services.
