I am a finance professional currently working in Business Finance at Tech Mahindra, where I manage and lead excellence programs focused on financial growth and transformation. My role involves driving change management initiatives, integrating internal processes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. With over 3+ years of experience, I’ve taken on key management roles from the outset of my career. My contributions include leading Pricing Improvement Initiatives and streamlining internal business finance restructuring processes. In addition to my ACCA qualification and Certified Management Essentials certification (ISB – Hyderabad), I’ve worked with Grant Thornton Bharat, focusing on process optimization within the Learning & Development division.
