With a PhD in Reliability Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, I am driven to reduce downtime, improve diagnostics, and boost system performance across industries.With a passion for solving intricate condition monitoring & reliability problems, I leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance and optimize maintenance strategies. My expertise in PHM and condition-based maintenance drives my pursuit of innovative solutions that prevent failures, improve diagnostics, and extend asset lifecycles. I am committed to implementing research-driven methodologies that deliver impactful, long-term improvements in system reliability.During my PhD at IIT Kharagpur, I honed an extensive skill set in reliability engineering, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Prediction and Modeling, and Fault Diagnosis and Prognostics. My work spanned Condition Monitoring techniques like Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, and Oil Analysis, complemented by advanced methods such as Machine Learning/Deep Learning for Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Analysis. I have applied these techniques on different real experimental test rigs, developing algorithms to enhance system fault detection and reduce monitoring costs using consumer-grade MEMS sensors and microphones. This technical background enables me to address real-time operational challenges with forward-thinking strategies.In addition to my academic research, my role as a Project Engineer strengthened my practical experience, where I reduced rework, improved project timelines, and ensured compliance with industry standards.
