About Anuj Kumar

I am a current MBA student at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, specializing in HR. I recently completed a three-month marketing internship at Bfactory, a leading online education platform that offers coaching and mentorship for various entrance exams and career paths.During my internship, I was part of a team of five that managed the communication and outreach strategy for Bfactory\'s programs and events. We used multiple channels, such as phone calls, emails, SMS, and social media, to deliver information and engage with a large and diverse audience of students and parents. We also organized and executed the final event at St. Xavier\'s College, Ranchi, which attracted around 500 attendees and showcased Bfactory\'s offerings and impact. Through this experience, I developed and applied my skills in HR business partnering, talent management, and return to work planning, as well as honed my communication, collaboration, and project management skills. I am passionate about creating and supporting learning and development opportunities for people and organizations, and I aspire to become a strategic HR leader in the future. I believe that I can bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the HR field, as well as a strong marketing background and a deep understanding of the education sector.
