ABOUT ANUJ KAUL

I\'ve always been fascinated with simulations, puzzles, and problem-solving, which led me to pursue a degree in Computer Science Engineering. As I delved into the tech industry, I discovered my true passion for using technology to solve complex challenges.My professional journey began at Infosys, where my primary focus revolved around data management, including collection, processing, and presentation. I cultivated skills in data cleansing, storage, and retrieval, which over time evolved into deriving valuable insights and effectively presenting them to relevant audiences.To broaden my horizons, I pursued an MBA in 2013, which introduced me to business evaluation, process optimization, and organizational best practices globally.Post MBA, I joined a B2B SaaS product company as a business analyst, which was a perfect fusion of business and technology. As we provided order management (OMS) and warehouse management (WMS) solutions to eCommerce companies, I acquired knowledge of various fulfilment models such as inventory-based, marketplace, dropship, hyper-local etc. The goal was not only to create a robust product incorporating all such models but also to integrate it with external systems and applications including ERPs, front-end platforms, marketplaces, and logistic partners. During my time at Vinculum Solutions, I successfully led product implementations for over 30 eCommerce companies, managed marketplace and delivery partner integrations, and was part of launching new products.In the past seven years, I\'ve had the privilege of building my own team and practice at EY. I started as a consultant, focusing on identifying improvement opportunities across key business functions for organizations in the content production and distribution space, including print, TV, OTT, Music, and other digital content. I gradually transitioned into a managerial position focusing on growing the practice and team, ensuring profitability and timely delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.Beyond my professional career, I\'m passionate about teaching, as it reinforces my own understanding and communication skills. Additionally, I have immense love for music and enjoy playing the keyboard and guitar.The exciting potential of AI, coupled with the vast amount of data accumulated over recent years, convinces me that the next era will revolutionize conventional approaches to gathering insights and will provide more effective tools and information for decision-making. I am enthusiastic about playing a pivotal role in this transformative journey.
