Promote use of standards of TB care in India (STCI), assist in the development of additional development tools & enabler for effective involvement of all care providers & stakeholders in National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) implemented by Central Tuberculosis Division (CTD) in the state of UP for the Global Fund Supported PPSA TB projects.• Supporting State TB Cell in undertaking financial feasibility of the and developing the financial model and bid parameters. Supporting State TB Cell in developing partner selection guidelines, tender documents for selecting the partners, advertising for partners, facilitating pre-bid meetings, tender evaluation and all other tasks related to transaction management. Supporting State TB Cell in partner management and contracts management documentation of initiatives.• Assist state in development, piloting & scale-up of operational modules/ guidelines of public private partnership in NTEP particularly for TB diagnostics for achieving the deliverables within the period as worked on four major public private partnership schemes for the engagement of private X-ray facilities, NAAT (Nucleic Acid Amplification Test) facilities, Line Probe Assay (LPA) sites & Hub & Spoke model of sample transportation for pediatric samples, costing the total budget of about 40 crores annually to the State. Follow-up on financial transactions & payments from the PPSA districts & agencies.• Strategy, planning & field implementation for digital health intervention of Pharmacy App, developed on request of Food Safety & Drug Administration (FSDA), State TB Cell & National Health Mission (NHM) to monitor TB drug sales data.• Undertake additional activities as assigned by state in the interest of NTEP towards the TB elimination in the state. Liaising with the highest authorities of National Health Mission, STC & NTEP system on central & state level for smooth operations.
