   As the Head of Engineering, I have successfully overseen the establishment and management of a diverse global workforce, comprising multiple teams situated across USA, Europe and Africa. During my tenure, I have demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead and scale the organization, growing from a modest team of 10 to a robust workforce of 50+ professionals. My leadership extended to a variety of disciplines including Data Engineering, Full Stack Engineering, Business Analysis, and Data Science. I was responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive organizational strategy that emphasized data-driven growth, evaluating customer satisfaction, optimization of gross margins, and the facilitation of sales and relationship management campaigns. Through my leadership, I have effectively fostered an environment of cross-disciplinary collaboration, resulting in the seamless integration of various teams to work towards common objectives. This integration allowed for the synthesis of innovative ideas and the development of solutions that maximize growth and operational efficiency. My team’s work has had an outsized influence to grow the Business Applications business to grow from 100M to 5Billion+ dollar annual business. Our user base during this time has grown more than 10x to 30 million MAU Overall, my role as Head of Engineering has been defined by my ability to not only lead teams but also to shape an overarching strategy that aligns with the Organizations vision. My focus on data-informed decision-making, has been pivotal in driving the organization towards sustained success and growth. I also own and drive our organizations privacy strategy, leading efforts like GDPR and EU Schrems.
