From resolving firewall connectivity issues to optimizing proxy, wireless, VLAN configurations, and telecom setups, I was dedicated to delivering swift and effective solutions. My use of ServiceNow ensured that client queries were addressed promptly, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. In recognition of my contributions, I received the Best Employee of the Month award for four consecutive months and consistently ranked number one in my team.As a Data Science Intern at Tech Smart System, I had the privilege of working on impactful projects that involved Python programming and predictive modeling.
