Manage Veeva as SAP Delegate for the SDL, including performing positive confirmation, status changes and milestone updates (Specialty, General Medicine, Oncology & Vaccines) Assist the SDLs in Veeva TMF documentation upload and management of expected documents (all TAs). In partnership with the coordinator, responsible for documentation moving from IdeaPoint and Team Site to eTMF of new studies created (POI) Identifying and escalating issues within the timeframe so as the resolve without delay. Assist with System and study level access for the SDLs. In partnership with the SDLs, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of study related data in applicable GSK systems. Ensuring all data available in the publication report received on a quarterly basis match with Idea Point. Ensuring all milestones in systems are not overdue, working closely with the SDLs to review on a regular basis. Ensuring studies have the appropriate status. Completion of TMF completeness check and EDLs on a regular basis making sure the study is always audit and inspection ready. Ensuring finance forecast milestones is not overdue (Hyperion and SAP Eclipse), alert SDLs of upcoming milestone payments. Creation of vendor accounts and purchase orders for milestone payments for the complete cycle of studies. Ensuring completion of payments with proof of payments within the due date.
