As a research assistant at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL), I am pursuing a master\'s degree in engineering/industrial management, with a focus on data analysis and visualization. I have completed multiple certifications from Google and Udemy in business analytics, MySQL, and data management, demonstrating my proficiency and interest in this domain. In my current research, I apply advanced data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, to identify and prioritize resilience factors for public health workers. I use the Interpretive Structure Model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze and rank the factors based on literature review and survey data. I also suggest interventions and strategies to enhance public health workers\' well-being and performance. Previously, I worked as a data analyst for Camelot Integrated Solutions and High Flows IT Solutions, where I developed interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate sales analysis results effectively, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of the data and the analysis. I am passionate about gathering and refining data to acquire unique insights that help the company achieve increased revenues and market understanding.
