Managed end-to-end user and group lifecycle in Azure AD, including dynamic groups, membership rules, and access governance. Configured and supported Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and enforced Microsoft Entra password protection policies to enhance identity security. Implemented RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) across Azure resources, ensuring least-privilege access and role assignment audits. Administered Azure AD Connect: handled installation, upgrades, and resolved synchronization issues between on-premises AD and Azure AD. Configured and maintained Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for both Azure AD roles and Azure resource roles, enabling just-in-time (JIT) elevation, access approval workflows, and auditing of privileged activities. Created and assigned custom roles in Microsoft Entra and Azure to tailor access permissions for business-specific scenarios, balancing security with operational efficiency. Enabled secure external collaboration via Azure AD B2B, including cross-tenant access settings, guest user management, and conditional configurations. Performed app registration and management for integrating applications with Azure AD, supporting provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. Configured Key Vaults with RBAC and access policies, integrated them with Service Principals and Azure services for secure secret management. Implemented network access restrictions for Key Vaults using private endpoints public networks, private networks, enabling trusted services. Basic experience creating and applying Conditional Access Policies for enforcing MFA and session controls. Familiar with publishing on-premises applications through Azure AD Application Proxy to enable secure remote access. Exposure to Access Reviews and Entitlement Management (Access Packages) for periodic access certification and governance.
