1 Central Production PlanningCoordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to align material availability and production timelines.Monitor order status, PCDs, and shipment targets on a daily and monthly basis.2. Industrial Engineering (IE) ManagementResponsible for SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation and cost analysis for all operations — cutting, sewing, and finishing.Conduct time and motion studies to standardize operations and improve methods.Develop and implement efficient line layouts and work aids to increase operator productivity.Maintain and update efficiency reports, target vs. actual performance, and capacity analysis.3. Process Improvement & Cost OptimizationLead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S,) to reduce waste and non-value-added activities.Identify areas of cost reduction through method improvements, manpower optimization, and productivity enhancement.Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions for process efficiency.4. Product Development & R & DCollaborate with the product development team for new style analysis and feasibility studies.Determine operation breakdowns, machine requirements, and SMV for new styles before bulk production.Support sampling and pilot runs for process validation and layout finalization.5. Data Analysis & ReportingMonitor and report factory efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization to management.Analyze production trends, bottlenecks, and line performance using data-driven tools.Prepare MIS and management dashboards for decision-making support 7 Team Leadership & CoordinationLead and guide the Planning and IE teams across all production units.Conduct regular training sessions for IE staff, supervisors, and line leaders.Ensure effective communication and coordination between planning, production, and merchandising departments.Work closely with the quality and production teams to achieve “Right First Time” performance.
