Handling US sales tax & Use tax returns, filing returns and initiating Payments toJurisdictions. Generate Internal Payment upload file. Generate upload file to populate the exemption/resale certificate system with validatedcertificate. Responsible to prepare ACH Debit Reconciliation. Maintain ARIBA by documenting tax exceptions. Generate Filing tracker & DAS reports. Assist in Sales and Use Tax state and local audits. Assist to maintain appropriate documentation for audits. Prepare secretary of state registration. Review the returns, filings & payments. Assist the sr. tax manager & director of tax as required on all sales and use tax matters. Other duties as assigned.
