I played tennis for four years on my high school team, which inspired me to explore leadership and the role of a coach in helping young athletes improve. I began coaching in 2016 and have done so every summer for three months since then. I typically coach daily for 7-8 hours, building strong relationships with the kids as a mentor, instructor, and role model both on and off the court.Since I was 15, I have been shadowing physicians who are dedicated to making a positive impact on patients\' lives, as I’ve always known I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. My experiences include shadowing an endodontist, orthodontist, oncologist, and orthopedic surgeon. Additionally, I volunteered at a hospital during my high school years.I possess excellent research, technical, and problem-solving skills. I am detail-oriented and quick to learn new concepts. As an ambitious and career-focused job seeker, I am eager to obtain an entry-level position in hospital administration to kick-start my career while contributing to hospital goals. I am a diligent college student focused on hospital administration, committed to prompt project completion and continuous adaptation.
