My childhood passion for Formula One & cars found practical expression at SPCE Racing, a collegiate club that participated in national-level Gokart and Formula car fabrication competitions. My multidimensional role exposed me to various aspects of management like budgeting, timeline execution, cross-functional collaboration and decision-making. It was a transformative experience that cemented my penchant for leadership & management into a career goal. As a planning engineer at Portescap, I played a bridging role between the manufacturing and supply chain teams. In my most recent position at Portescap, I reported directly to the Senior GM of Operations and gained invaluable insights into the nuances of Operations Leadership further fuelling my leadership aspirations. The next logical step towards realizing my aspirations was to pursue an MBA degree as it will hone my inherent abilities and equip me with skills and a network that will place me directly on the path to a leadership role. As a leader, I would aspire to chase excellence to the highest of standards and play a small role in putting Indian businesses at the forefront of the global economy. I am confident that my diverse experience and passion for problem-solving will enable me to make a positive impact on society.
