Official Residence Manager at the High Commission of Canada, working closely with the Head of Mission to manage Official Residence operations. Responsible for diplomatic hospitality and protocol-driven hosting of ministers and official delegations at OR and for ensuring the smooth delivery of official events and functions. Supports operational readiness of the residence, including coordination with service teams and external partners when needed.I bring over 7 years of combined experience across facility management, serviced apartment operations, and civil engineering. Prior to my current role, I spent 3 years as a Facility Manager with a serviced apartment company, where I managed building operations, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting support, and guest service standards. This experience strengthened my ability to manage complex facilities while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Earlier in my career, I worked for 4 years in civil engineering, gaining strong technical knowledge in construction, site execution, quality control, and project coordination. This engineering foundation allows me to approach facilities and residence management with a structured, safety-focused, and solutions-driven mindset.
