Current Job Responsibilities – India & Thailand Hero Motors Thai Limited Thailand ->>(2021 to Till now) Responsible for plant setup in Thailand. Responsible for overall business setup in Thailand along with operations. Responsible for timely development of Gearbox Project, Supplier onboarding, and start of production. Government, Board of investment(BOI) and Import and Export liasoning in Thailand. Responsible for LC/RVC (local content / Regional value content ) calculation and validation with BOI. Responsible for Thailand Business Strategy and Business Development. Annual Business plan and Capex planning. Responsible for P/L of Thai entity. Responsible for RFQ Generation and its conversion into Business. Responsible for timely capex installation and start of production. Responsible for conversion of Hero’s India RFQ’s into Business and timely delivery of existing project. Hero Motors Limited ->>(Dec-2012 to till now) Responsible for RFQ & new customers handling & Key interface for the Customers Responsible from RFQ to SOP & Project Ramp planning. Bridge between customer and in-house engineering for finalization of technical feasibilities Responsible for finalization of Costing Principle finalization, NDA, supply logistics & warranty agreements etc. Responsible for Feasibility study of technical RFQ, Project risk assessment, Capacity calculation & Capex calculation, Quote preparation and techno-commercial negotiation with customer. Responsible for project Capex liquidation and controlling Responsible for supplier costing, analysis, potential negotiation and price finalization. Communicate APQP strategy for implementation at in-house development and Sub-Supplier end. Monitoring project progress and performance & Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Responsible for complete change management in Pre-lunch and post lunch. Responsible for annual plant budget, Capex and cost saving plans
