Preparation of Concept Plan and Finalisation of the same, To examine the highway Utilities and structures works like Dusup Gas,military,etisalad,du,dolphin,Dewa (LV & HV) & Road Spare ducts, Subgrade,Sub-base,Asphalt laying Dubai EXPO 2020 Development of Road Networks Package-1 & 5.• Recording day to day measurements, records in measurement books and assist the quantity surveyors in preparing bills.• Planning the field activities and procurement of materials with respect to Site Planned & Client schedule• Maintain daily reports & prepare RFI for checking of works then Following & necessary checking of consultant approval for works.• preparation of Master and resources planning including preparation of work schedule on monthly, weekly, daily basis that will be implemented for construction of the project.• Engage in various internal meetings to discuss Project progress and Program schedule with Advise Project Manager / Director of various strategies to maintain Contract / Milestone completion dates.• Prepare progress reports, and cash flows on-the-job work awarded.• Taking responsibility for all technical contractual & financial matters regarding to the delivery of the consultant supervision duties against agreed baseline schedules.• Detailed Engineering and getting approval of all Civil Drawings & safety execution at site.• Coordinate with Junior Engineers, Forman, Supervisors for progress of works and delays.• Coordination with various sub-contractors to measure and monitor their performance.
