I am currently a Program Manager for Havells, overseeing the Industrial Product line (MCCB, ACB, Changeover, Control Gears, and Control Panels) across PAN India. My primary focus is ensuring that we meet SBU/BU business targets.I specialize in strategic planning, where I define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements. I oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes aligning project delivery with our AOP plans for both 2024-25 and 2025-26, while also controlling product costs and maintaining project timelines under PMO guidelines.Moreover, customer focus is key to my approach. I ensure our products meet market demands, and I recently launched a customer engagement initiative to enhance feedback and innovation. I also work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring product requirements are smoothly integrated into project plans, resulting in improved efficiency and timely delivery.In addition, I manage risks and resources, ensuring optimal use of talent and resources across projects. I track performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
