At Credit Suisse, I am fortifying IGSM relationships and developing new outsourcing partnerships between provider and receiver entities using the GOST, while collaborating with TPRM Team to gather updates on the status of Third-Party Contracts pertaining to GF functions. I am also interacting with business heads to accumulate inputs on governance and KPI governance.Moreover, I am generating quarterly service company quality reports for Credit Suisse Services USA LLC, Credit Suisse Services AG, and Credit Suisse (India) Service Private Limited. I am reporting on overall performance/service health of GF to Operational Risk & Control Team during quarter-ends. Also, I am integrating performance report into GF Control Dashboard for presenting to higher management (N2) and their subordinates (N3).Furthermore, I am facilitating the annual attestation process initiated by Swiss COO Team, and validating existing outsourcing relations to track active personnel based in Serco for critical services, and to verify validity of third-party contracts. I am also liaising with Functional COOs to update respective files, holding reviews with Managing Director (MDR), and uploading files into SharePoint.Apart from that, I am hosting GF Awards to acknowledge exceptional talent and performance by individual contributors and teams, while compiling and refining descriptions from nominators and preparing presentations for jury review. I am also identifying winners and communicating with them regarding voucher claims.Here, I am also planning for informal sessions like \"Meet the Leader\" between Managing Directors and Employees across GF, while interacting with EAs to schedule sessions, generate enrollment links, and share them with CDSP Team. Also, I am sending out invitations to employees via EAs, curtailing subservices within the MICOS point during RCSA and focusing on minimizing number of subservices and decreasing overall inventory of outsourced relationships in GF.
