Create and promote compelling content for social media, newsletters, TARSHI’s website, and presentations, utilizing storytelling to highlight TARSHI’s core themes and engage diverse audiences. Maintain social media platforms and update TARSHI’s website by regularly posting content, managing a monthly calendar, and aligning with trends. Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all communications. Identify and approach potential partners for campaigns, projects, and events, coordinating for logistical and planning support. Coordinate digital and on-the-ground mobilization for events, workshops, and online courses. Assist in planning and executing online and in-person events, including webinars, live social media events, workshops, consultations, or conferences. Create and share engaging communication content to promote activities, increase sign-ups, and enhance visibility. Manage and update user databases for newsletters, event invitations, and other activities. Report on communication activities, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from TARSHI’s social media, newsletters, websites, and events.Other Responsibilities Attend events, webinars, online and in-person trainings on topics related to sexuality, wellbeing, communications, etc, update the TARSHI team on the learnings, and implement these in external communications. Contribute to reports to the Board, funders and other internal or external Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning practices. Build capacities (of self) on sexuality, SRHR, women’s rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, wellbeing and other topics related to TARSHI’s work. Further the development of programmes in keeping with TARSHI’s vision.
