I have spent the majority of my career solving business problems that are complex, high-stakes, and deeply consequential. As a Partner at BCG, I worked with leadership teams, helping them drive growth, optimize operations, and build sustainable businesses. I was fortunate in having the opportunity to build 2 fintech businesses from scratch and help them scale. My BCG tenure made me realize that the problems that matter most are often the simplest. How do we help millions of Indians develop a habit of saving? How do we create financial products that are simple, accessible, and genuinely rewarding? This question led to Bachatt a fintech platform designed to make saving effortless for everyday Indians. We are building a solution that delivers reliable returns through micro-savings, while removing the traditional barriers that keep most Indians out of formal wealth creation. My expertise lies in finance, strategy, and scaling systems that work at population scale. Whether it is simplifying financial products, creating growth strategies, or helping teams execute better, I enjoy working on challenges that sit at the intersection of money, behavior, and technology.
