Gather business requirements and business rules by meeting with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand theirneeds. Work closely with program staff, IT teams, stakeholders, and Business Analysts from other units to ensure requirements are clear andcomplete. Assist in designing future-state processes by identifying needed changes and documenting updates. Develop test conditions and scenarios, perform system testing, document results, and report defects for correction. Review system performance to ensure it meets business goals, help prepare training and user support materials, communicateprofessionally in meetings and documentation, and follow Department policies and ethical standards.
