I’m a UX Designer with a strong focus on AI-powered tools and enterprise experiences. My work centers on humanizing complex technology—turning it into simple, delightful, and impactful experiences that scale across ecosystems.At Microsoft, I design third-party Graph Connector experiences in Workplace Search and Copilot. From result templates, interleaving, and content filters in search to citations, hover cards, and actions in Copilot, my designs have driven adoption at scale—boosting visibility and engagement with 3P content by 2.5×Earlier at SAP Labs, I owned assessment creation flows, evaluator tools, and hiring dashboards in Brilliant Hire, reducing assessment setup time by 50% and evaluation time by 33%. I also led the Smart Job Matcher, an AI-driven tool used by 12+ SuccessFactors customers and SAP’s own career portal.I bring a data-driven, research-led approach, collaborating closely with product and engineering to balance technical feasibility and product aspirations. This enables me to deliver solutions that are future-looking, grounded in reality, and shaped with an edge that takes them to the next level.Beyond product work, I mentor through ADP List and TopLink, having guided 20+ designers, with 5 long-term mentees achieving successful outcomes. I also run workshops on AI in design, ethics, and responsible innovation—advocating for user-centricity and ethics as the foundation of impactful design.
