I\'m a Research Scientist in the EdTech space with a PhD in Social Psychology. Following my passion in grad school, I joined WGU Labs to close the academic gap exists between underrepresented college students and their peers. Growth mindset and belonging fascinate me and I try to bring these ideas into my work. I also really enjoy all things data. I am always excited to learn new things in R and SQL and apply that to data I work with regularly.
